Short Bio: 

Elif Öztürk is a Ph.D.student at the Department of Management Information Systems, Boğaziçi University. She received her bachelors degree in Mathematics-Computer Science from İstanbul Bilgi University in 2002 and master of arts degree in Business Information Systems from Boğaziçi University in 2014. She has expertise in data mining, statistical modelling, business analytics, CRM, digital marketing, business process management, project management, credit scoring, reporting and optimization. During her ten years of experience at a private bank, she was responsible for development of the credit card behavior scorecard model, risk management, business process improvement, management of collection strategies and collection information system, data analysis and modelling, reporting. Her PhD thesis on digital marketing is supervised by Prof. Nasır and Prof. Turker.
